Extension of STE Status: The Central Government extends the State Trading Enterprise (STE) status of Indian Potash Limited (IPL) for import of Urea on Government account from 31.03.2025 to 31.03.2026.
Legal Basis: Exercised under Section 3 & 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with FTP 2023 (Para 1.02 & 2.01).

Other Terms: No changes to other conditions in Notification No. 79/2023 dated 18.03.2024.
