- Applicants Not Opting for Aadhaar Authentication:
- Must visit the designated GST Suvidha Kendra (GSK) for photo capturing and document verification.
- After selecting “NO” for Aadhaar authentication, an email will provide GSK details and required documents.
- Appointment scheduling via a link in the email; confirmation follows via mail.
- Visit GSK at the scheduled time for photo and document verification.
- Applicants Opting for Aadhaar Authentication & Identified for Biometric Authentication:
- Promoters/Partners & Primary Authorized Signatory (PAS) must visit GSK for biometric authentication and photo capturing.
- PAS must carry required documents listed in the email for verification at GSK.
- Previously verified Promoters/Partners in any State/UT are exempt from re-verification unless they become PAS.
- If PAS was previously biometric verified, only document verification is needed at GSK.
- If Promoter/Partner & PAS are the same, they must complete biometric authentication unless previously verified.
- Non-Generation of Application Reference Number (ARN):
- For Aadhaar-authenticated applicants:
- ARN will not be generated if biometric authentication or document verification is incomplete within 15 days.
- Ensure Aadhaar details (name, DOB, gender) are accurate to avoid authentication failure.
