
As of 08th June 2025, over 3,02,658 waiver applications have been successfully filed through Forms SPL-01/02 on the GST portal. However, it has come to the attention of the authorities that some taxpayers are experiencing technical issues while attempting to file their amnesty applications under Section 128A.
With the deadline fast approaching, several trade and industry bodies have submitted representations to the authorities requesting an alternative filing mechanism to avoid missing out on the benefit of the scheme due to technical hindrances.
