The government, using its authority under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy, has made an immediate change to the export policy for Broken Rice (classified under ITC (HS) Code 1006 40 00).
Earlier, exporting Broken Rice was not allowed (Prohibited). With this change, it is now allowed freely (Free) for export.
