𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗧𝗖(𝗛𝗦) 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝟬𝟳𝟭𝟯𝟭𝟬𝟭𝟬 – 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟯𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

The government has extended the current import policy conditions for Yellow Peas under ITC(HS) Code 07131010 from 28th February 2025 to 31st May 2025. This extension follows previous notifications under the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2023. Yellow Peas can now be imported freely without a Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition or port restrictions. However, imports must be registered under the online Import Monitoring System. All other terms from earlier notifications remain unchanged.

Updated Export Policy Conditions.

• Import policy for Yellow Peas extended until 31st May 2025.
• No Minimum Import Price (MIP) condition and no port restrictions.
• Registration under the online Import Monitoring System is required.
• Applies to shipments with a Bill of Lading issued on or before 31st May 2025.
• Issued with the approval of the Minister of Commerce & Industry.
