𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲: 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗶𝗹𝘀, 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗽, 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮 𝗡𝘂𝘁, 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 & 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿.

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC) has amended Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) under Section 14(2) of the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment replaces TABLE-1, TABLE-2, and TABLE-3 in the original notification, revising the tariff values for edible oils, brass scrap, areca nut, gold, and silver. The changes will take effect from 01st February 2025. The principal notification was first issued on 03rd August 2001 and last amended on 15th January 2025.
