𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀.

The procedure for exporting certified organic products under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023. It specifies that organic products must be produced, processed, packed, and labelled according to the National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP) standards. For a product to be exported as “Organic,” it must be accompanied by a Transaction Certificate (TC) issued by an accredited Certification Body. The 8th edition of the NPOP will come into effect 180 days from the notice’s issuance date. This notice supersedes the earlier public notices dated 18.11.2014 and 05.05.2015.
