𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗳 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗶𝗹𝘀, 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗽, 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮 𝗡𝘂𝘁, 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC), under the powers granted by Section 14(2) of the Customs Act, 1962, has amended Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated 3rd August 2001. These amendments replace TABLE-1, TABLE 2, and TABLE-3 in the original notification with updated tables, effective upon their publication in the Gazette of India. The changes are aimed at ensuring the necessary updates and alignment with current customs requirements. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 16th day of January 2025.
