New SIONs A-3690 to A-3692 Fixed for Chemical & Allied Products.

The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under the powers conferred by Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, has notified three new Standard Input Output Norms (SIONs) under the Chemical & Allied Product Group.

These additions are aimed at standardizing and facilitating export authorizations for specific chemical formulations and ensuring a consistent input-output ratio under the Advance Authorisation Scheme.

These norms are now part of the SION database, enabling exporters to apply for Advance Authorisation based on predefined input-output ratios without the need for ad-hoc justification or self-declaration.
