The E-Way Bill (EWB) system now allows unregistered dealers to enrol and generate e-Way Bills using Form ENR-03, effective 11.02.2025. As per Notification No. 12/2024, unregistered suppliers can obtain a unique Enrollment ID as an alternative to GSTIN for generating e-Way Bills, ensuring seamless movement of goods.
- Accessing ENR-03:
- Unregistered Persons (URPs) can enrol using Form ENR-03 as per the notification.
- The option is available under the “Registration” tab in the main menu of the EWB portal.
- Filling Out the ENR-03 Form:
- Select State and enter PAN details for verification.
- Choose the type of enrolment and provide address details.
- Enter a mobile number, which will be verified via OTP.
- Creating Login Credentials:
- Create a username, check its availability, and set a password.
- Upon submission, a 15-character Enrolment ID will be generated with an acknowledgment.
- This Enrolment ID will serve as an alternative to GSTIN for e-Way Bill generation.
- Generating an E-Way Bill:
- Log in to the EWB portal using registered credentials.
- Select ‘Generate New’, where the Enrolment ID auto-populates as Supplier/Recipient.
- Enter the relevant details and proceed with e-Way Bill generation.
